We are a computer service and data recovery practice built around one rule: tell the customer the truth about the machine before taking money for it.
Prajapati NexaTech began as a single-workshop repair and recovery practice serving shops, families, schools and professional offices across Meerut, Muzaffarnagar and nearby districts. Word of mouth in this trade comes from one thing: whether a customer’s data came back and whether the price matched what was promised.
That shaped how we work. Devices are logged on intake with photographs and serial numbers. Drives are assessed read-only before anything is written. Findings are reported in writing, with a realistic recovery or repair expectation. Work begins only after the customer approves the number. Completed jobs are tested under load, handed over with a signed record, and followed up.
We are deliberately not a "we can do anything" shop. Physical cases with very low probability are declined. Requests for access to devices or accounts that the customer does not own are refused. If a repair is not worth the money, we say so and suggest replacement instead.

Data is nobody’s product
Customer files are not uploaded, not browsed, not resold and not used for anything except the job you hired us for.
Authorised access only
Password and account help is provided only for devices/accounts owned by or legitimately authorized to the customer, with documented verification.
Write it down
Intake sheet, serial numbers, status updates, approval messages, handover record and invoice. Everything is on paper or in your dashboard.
Fix the cause, not the symptom
Reinstalling Windows over a failing disk or cleaning malware without closing the entry point is a repeat visit waiting to happen.
Fair, published pricing
Indicative rates are on the website, diagnosis fees are stated, and part costs are shown at market price with the invoice.

We do not claim any certification, partnership, authorisation or "official service centre" relationship. If a manufacturer-authorised repair is genuinely required, we tell you and point you to it.
